We are looking for an experienced HR leader to supercharge our talent acquisition and culture development initiatives. We seek honest, gritty, driven and responsible people who are always on the lookout for fresh solutions, are strategic and execute.

The Director of People and Growth role will be awarded to the candidate who embodies two core attributes first and foremost:

1. Proven experience in building and cultivating teams from recruiting efforts through to on-boarding and retention strategies
2. A passion for people and producing scalable business practices around hiring based on mission and values
3. Clear passion for working in a fast paced start-up environment, leading teams and taking a human capital program from 0 to 100.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage and run sourcing with tools, tactics and relationships to leverage to acquire the best talent in the industry
• Market job roles effectively to create inbound talent prospects and a full pipeline
• Recruit high level candidates moving quickly to attain talent on strategy
• Drive culture initiatives based on Mole Street’s mission and values
• Highlight and profile Mole Street’s internal talent 
• Handle HR administrative responsibilities - legal, contracting, time off, HRIS, ATS etc.
• Believe that Great Things Are Happening!

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Experience at a HubSpot agency in a similar role or adjacent industry and have proven success in building a team
• 5+ years experience in HR
• B.A. or B.S. degree
